Feldman

Jerome Feldman brings over three decades of experience teaching academic writing, English composition, and critical thinking to students at every stage of their education. He has taught first-year composition, rhetoric, and learning-skills courses at Guilford College, Montana State University, and Interlink International Institute, guiding students through narrative, rhetorical analysis, and argumentative writing — the same skills at the heart of a strong college application essay.

Jerome holds an M.A. in Applied Linguistics from the University of Southern California and completed UCLA's Writing Project, a rigorous program in the teaching of writing. He is the author of The Science of Learning and the Art of Teaching, published by Cengage Learning, and has delivered keynote addresses and faculty workshops nationwide on evidence-based writing instruction.

Throughout his career, Jerome has specialized in helping writers find their authentic voice, sharpen their arguments, and think more clearly about their own experiences — exactly what admissions readers are looking for. He combines deep expertise in composition pedagogy with genuine care for each student's individual story, helping them craft essays that are polished, honest, and distinctly their own.
