Rogers

Joni Rogers is an experienced education leader, college access advocate, and organizational
strategist with nearly two decades of experience helping students, families, and school
communities achieve ambitious goals. She has served as a teacher, instructional leader,
principal, and national education consultant, with a career centered on expanding opportunity
and helping young people successfully navigate the path to college and beyond.
As a high school Principal in Chicago, Joni led a college-preparatory high school serving diverse
students and families. Under her leadership, the school achieved 100% college acceptance,
strong academic growth, and a culture grounded in high expectations, personal support, and
student belonging. She has also partnered with superintendents, school leaders, and executive
teams across the country to strengthen student outcomes, leadership practices, and
organizational systems.
